Refund Policy
We want to make it clear that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our products. This is because we take great care in ensuring the quality and integrity of each item before it reaches our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you with an exchange, as outlined in our exchange policy.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we are happy to help you find a suitable replacement or alternative product, provided you follow the guidelines below.
Exchange Policy
At Reet Kala, we accept exchanges only within 3 days of receiving your order. We believe in providing a fair window of time for our customers to make sure they are happy with their purchase. If you find that your item is not quite right, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- Time Frame: The exchange request must be made within 3 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we are unable to process any exchanges.
- Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Please ensure the product is returned in its original, resellable state.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for us to process the exchange.
- Product Type: Only full-priced, non-sale, and non-custom items are eligible for exchange. Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible.
How to Initiate an Exchange
If you wish to initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at [email address] within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Approval & Instructions: Once your exchange request is received, we will review the details and send you further instructions on how to return the item to us.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged. Please use a trackable shipping service to return the product, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
- Processing the Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, we will process your exchange and ship the new item(s) to you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us immediately within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or exchange. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Reet Kala.
Exchange Exclusions
Please note the following exclusions to our exchange policy:
- Sale and Discounted Items: Products purchased during sales, special promotions, or with any type of discount are not eligible for exchange.
- Custom and Personalized Products: Items that are custom-made, personalized, or made to order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are faulty or damaged.
- Worn or Used Items: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been used are not eligible for exchange. We advise you to inspect the items immediately upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Any shipping fees, handling charges, or taxes paid are non-refundable, even in the event of an exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges on the following:
- Products that are marked as final sale or clearance.
- Items purchased in-store (if applicable) that are not eligible for exchange under our in-store policy.
International Orders
For international exchanges, please note that shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, international customers may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on their country’s regulations, which are not refundable by Reet Kala.
